Information submitted through the contact form (name, email address, message) is processed by FIDELUZ SAS, acting as data controller, solely to answer your request and, where applicable, manage the business relationship. The legal basis is your consent and/or the performance of pre-contractual steps.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. You can exercise these rights by writing to dpo@fideluz.com, and you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

When Fideluz deploys and runs loyalty cards on behalf of its merchant clients, FIDELUZ SAS acts as a data processor under the GDPR and undertakes to keep data confidential and follow the client instructions, within a dedicated agreement.
