Data controller

Data collected
On this site, we only collect the data you voluntarily send us through the contact form: your name, your email address and the content of your message. No profiling or automatic collection for advertising purposes is carried out.
Purposes and legal basis
This data is used solely to handle your request and, where applicable, to manage the resulting business relationship. The legal basis is your consent and the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Recipients
Your data is intended only for authorised staff of FIDELUZ SAS. It may pass through our host and email provider (Infomaniak), acting as data processors. It is never sold or transferred to third parties.
Retention period
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request, then archived or deleted within a maximum of 3 years from the last contact, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. You can exercise these rights at any time by writing to dpo@fideluz.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Traffic is encrypted, security headers and a Content Security Policy (CSP) are in place, and the form is protected against automated submissions (anti-CSRF token, rate limiting, honeypot).
Cookies
No advertising or analytics cookies are used. Only a session cookie strictly necessary for form security is set; it is exempt from consent under CNIL guidance.
